Are the chutneys in liquid form ?

Yes, all our chutneys (sauces) are Ready-To-Use, in liquid form. (Please refer the product page for more information.)

How can it stay fresh so long ?

Our process of manufacturing, packing , high quality ingredients & routine quality checks play a major role in keeping our products fresh till as long as a year.

Are your products Trans Fat free ?

Absolutely, all our products are Trans fat free and will always be, Our oils are naturally free of Trans fatty acids and are not hydrogenated in any way. We have taken the extra step of sending our products to independent third party labs to test for the presence of Trans fats and results indicate we are “Trans Fat Free”, meaning none were detected. You will see zero Trans fats listed on our packaging.

Are your products dairy free ?

Yes they are, but our products are processed on equipment shared with ingredients that contain very small amounts of dairy. We thoroughly clean our production lines after each Product run, but there is a slight potential of cross contamination. For your convenience, we have provided the Allergy Advice on all our Packaging’s.

Is your product suitable for vegetarian & vegans ?

Yes, our products are 100 % vegetarian & suitable for both vegetarians & vegans.

Is Jain Bhel Puri PHUDINA FLAVOUR ?

Yes, it has a SPECIAL TASTE OF MINT (Phudina) so that you can enjoy the Bhel in a different flavor. This is the most unique product of “LUFT” family.

What does the Cup Packing of Bhel Puri Contain ?

Bhel Puri Cup Contains : Bhel Mix, Chutney, Tissue & Spoon. A complete Set of Ready-To-Eat ‘Any Time Mini Meal’.
Bhel Puri Cup has 2 Variants (Flavors) –
First Variant is ‘Bhel’ with 3 in 1 Chutney. A single pouch containing perfectly blended Sweet Chutney, Green Chilly Chutney & Garlic Chutney.
Second Variant is ‘Jain Bhel’ with a dash of Phudina (Mint). This variant is made with – No Onion No Garlic, This is perfect for customers who do no consume onion & garlic.

Our Pani Puri. Bhel Puri & Sev Batata Puri can make 5 servings & our Bhel Puri Cups makes a quick single serving.

Why should I microwave Puri’s ?

We have suggested that you microwave the Puri’s so that you can get the extra crisp & crunchy taste of Puri’s, but if it’s not convenient you can use Puri’s directly from the pouch & yet enjoy the fascinating taste.

How do we store your packs ?

You should keep our packets in a cool, dry place away from strong smelling substances & direct sunlight.

What are the packing options for your farsan products ?

We offer a wide variety of packing options as follows –
Consumer Packs – 25gms to 2KG &
Bulk packing – 2KG’s to 25KG.

What is the shelf life of your product ?

The shelf life of our Chat products is about a Year, & for Farsan products its 6-12 months (see our packaging for more info).

How long does your product stay fresh ?

All our products have a shelf life of more than a Year (12-15 months), you can enjoy the freshness till then (see our packaging for more information).

Do your products contain MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) ?

No, our company goes the healthy way, without compromising the taste and quality. We do not use MSG or MSG Ingredients for any of our Products.

Does your product contain GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) ?

No, since our inception we have only used All-Natural, Non-GMO ingredients, as an organization we like it the natural way!

Does your plant manufacture Non-Vegetarian product ?

No, our plant is Pure Vegetarian, Here we do not manufacture or store any Non- Vegetarian ingredients or products.

Any Outside Ingredients to be added ?

To further add taste, our chef suggests that you mix some finely chopped onions, coriander leaves & a few drops of lime juice. (Please find detailed Instructions on the Product page or packaging).

What does Jain Mean ?

By Jain we mean that the product does not contain onion, garlic or potatoes, It’s specially made for our customers who do not consume these ingredients.

Does Sev Puri (also called - Sev Batata Puri) Packet Contain Potatoes ?

Yes, it contains boiled potato mix (In dry form). Our R & D department has developed a blend of Potato Mix, with Seasoning. When you just add the right quantity of water & knead, it gives a delicious taste of spiced boiled potato mash, a great taste for “Luft” Sev Puri.

What is the difference between Bhel Puri Kit & Bhel Puri Cup ?

The Bhel Puri kit is of 500 gms & can make 5 servings of Bhel, where as the Bhel cup is only of single serving.

How are your farsan (Indian dry Snack) products healthier than other manufacturers ?

Our manufacturing process and rotation of Oil’s play a major role in keeping our Farsan healthy, also after frying we have an additional Hydro process in place that ensures that excess unwanted oils are eliminated from our Farsan products.

Can you make a special farsan blend for us ?

Sure, in case you need a bulk quantity, you can contact us and our chef can work up some special blend of farsans, specially for you.

Once opened how long can we keep the sev, puri , potato flakes & chutneys ?

Once you have opened the box of Chats. The balance sev, puri & patato flakes can be stored in a dry air tight container & the chutneys in the refrigerator, but make sure to use the chutneys within 48hrs.
